Dr. S. Usharani is the Founder and guiding force behind Victory of the Mind. With a Ph.D. in Psychology and decades of experience in counselling, coaching, training, and research, she leads the organisation with a vision to build a safer and emotionally healthier society.

A certified NLP practitioner, mindfulness trainer, and POSH consultant, she has trained over one lakh police personnel in stress management and mentored Ph.D. scholars. Her work integrates scientific psychology with real-world application to create meaningful and lasting impact.
